With our partners such as YellowBrick and The Limitless Initiative, Project Transition has curated signature educational programs that prepare students for the rapidly evolving technological and media career landscape of the 21st century. We subscribe to the idea of perpetual learning and preparedness.
Our philosophy is one that is a multigenerational, culturally responsive approach to building wealth and power within the community. Working with organizations like ABP, our goal is to increase people’s access to and control over economic opportunities including jobs, financial services, property and assets (from which one can generate income), skills development, and valuable market information.
Building inner confidence is a vital element for young people, in order for them to develop the desire and ability to make critical decisions and drive change—in their own lives, in their communities, and in their larger spheres of influence. Project Transition works closely with organizations such as After-School All-Stars and Positive Coaching Alliance to mentor youth and provides them with additional tools needed to help extract the highest degree of potentiality within each student.
